Phillip (“Phil”) is a well-credentialed real asset investment, development and advisory professional with a diverse range of skills and experience, having worked in both Australia and the UK. During his career Phillip has focussed on all the institutional grade real estate and social infrastructure sectors across the risk/return spectrum.
Over the past ~30 years, Phil has held senior roles in advisory, capital raising, funds management, investment banking, capital transactions, asset management, product development, property development and commercial office leasing with KPMG, Macquarie Capital, National Australia Bank (“NAB”), Lendlease, Savills and Colliers International. Phil has led some of the most complex real asset transactions, capital raisings and projects to deliver on client objectives.
Phil’s extensive experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors equips him to well to navigate the challenges and develop effective and tailored solutions for Clients.
